It was with broken hearts that the Indianola United Methodist Church closed its doors and has been sold. It was a beautiful little church with warm family and friends. The closing ceremony was one to be remembered. We will all miss this little church! The closing ceremony was September 25, 2022. If you are interested in viewing that day, please scroll back in our Facebook page.
The Indianola Church sadly closed its doors after the Covid 19 pandemic. The pandemic changed many things in our world and this was one of the results.

The Indianola United Methodist Church is a church of community and heart. It serves 40 people by offering an experience to sit with God every Sunday in worship at 9: am. Indianola also offers Sisters in Christ for those ladies that want to help serve the community through Christian service. They would love to welcome any visitors and guests open heartedly.
The Indianola Church joined with Kemper Memorial in Bartley in 2022. There was a closing service with members from both churches present. The building was sold and the new membership is listed with Kemper Memorial.
Please check the Blessing Box on the south side of our Church for any help you may need. You are always welcome to take what you need or to leave what someone else may need.
